Review and Rating
⭐ 5.0
Brazil nuts are high in selenium, magnesium, manganese, thiamin and Vitamin B-1. They are also harvested from the rainforest, so the more they're in demand, the less rainforest acreage will be cut down for grazing. I soak these, toss with agave nectar, chili powder and salt and then dehydrate till crunchy for a raw meal ingredient; they're also delicious just plain!
