This was so worth it! I never saw kosher for Passover pine nuts before and decided to give it a try. It is fresh, high quality and delicious. We enjoyed them as stuffing and salads. Just toast them on a non-stick pen or in the oven quickly just to get slightly golden and release the flavors (but don't overdo - it will burn quickly as they are particularly small).
we sauted these tasty pine nuts with onions and added them to the quinoa for a deeply satisfying dish!
