As a Type 1 Diabetic, I love snacking on the unsalted Israeli Sunflower Seeds in the shell. They don’t affect my blood sugars and they are packed full of natural flavor. On top of that, Oh! Nuts is an outstanding company who takes care of their customers.

I ordered my very first 11lb. bag here at Oh Nuts. I was trying to compare the roasted sunflower seeds with the competitor's, we should all know which one. When I cracked the first shell and tried the seed, I WAS HOOKED!!!! Those seeds are big, roasted just right, not nearly burned as I used to get from the other brand. All you new people that are looking at this right now and thinking about whether or not to get this, trust me, get it!! People, I am making this review because minutes ago I just ordered my THIRD 22lb. package. My supply is dangerously low and hope it arrives before I crack the last shell. Nothing but awesomeness here!
